City Towers has secured the resources to move forward with a comprehensive renovation, beginning Fall 2026 with an anticipated completion date of December 2027, that will deliver meaningful improvements to our apartments, the building, and the surrounding outdoor and community spaces.

RA Management, LLC (“RAM”) is proud to serve as property manager for City Towers and will manage the resident relocation process throughout the upcoming renovation. RAM specializes in the management of affordable housing communities and has managed resident relocations across RA’s portfolio, with a focus on creating a smooth, organized, and resident-centered experience during construction.

RAM will work closely with residents, management staff, and construction teams to provide ongoing communication, relocation coordination, and individualized support throughout the process. We look forward to helping make this transition as seamless as possible for all residents.
